Job Summary
CRNA in an independent practice model with high autonomy and diverse cases, including OB, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Regional Anesthesia, and Trauma. Flexible schedule featuring a mix of 24-hour shifts and 8-hour days (40-hour workweek) with a 1:9 call rotation and post-call days off. Collaborative environment with 6 anesthesiologists, 9 full-time CRNAs, and 3 anesthesia techs. Competitive compensation ($350K), $25K sign-on bonus, $7,500 relocation assistance, $2,000 CME allowance, and 376 PTO hours annually, plus full benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- CRNA license
- state medical licensure or eligibility in NY or CA as applicable
- independent practice experience preferred
