Job Summary
Locum CRNA needed for a 6-month assignment at a facility in Tempe, AZ. Provide anesthesia care for OB and OR across day, night, and weekend shifts; flexible to cover various shift types including OB and OR. Requires AZ license, minimum 1 year CRNA experience in a hospital setting, and current OB experience. Board certification within the last 5 years. Level I Trauma Center experience preferred. Credentialing timelines and malpractice tail coverage included. Referral bonus available for referrals meeting 160 hours. On-site at a trauma-capable hospital in Tempe, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- AZ license required
- Board Certified within the last 5 years
- Minimum 1 year CRNA experience in a hospital setting
- Current OB experience required; comfortable managing high-risk OB cases
- Flexible to cover days, nights, weekends, OB, OR
- Shift model: Supervised Model
- Location: Tempe, AZ (US)
- Locum/temporary assignment for 6 months with extension potential
- Level I Trauma Center experience preferred
- Shifts: 12-hour (7a-7p or 7p-7a) with weekend requirements
- Credentialing timelines: AZ Licensed ~6 weeks, IMLC ~2 months, Non-Licensed ~3 months
- $1000 referral bonus for referrals who work 160 hours
