Job Summary
Locum CRNA needed for a 6-month assignment near Garfield, AZ with potential extension. Must hold AZ license and be Board Certified; provide anesthesia services in a hospital setting including OB and OR, with exposure to high-risk OB and Level I trauma center contexts preferred. Schedule features 12-hour shifts (days/nights) with at least one full weekend shift per month; 36+ hours per week; shift model is supervised. Credentialing timelines and malpractice tail coverage are included; referral bonus offered for referrals who work 160 hours. Strong flexibility to cover days, nights, weekends, OB, and OR required.
Required Qualifications
- AZ license required
- Minimum 1 year CRNA experience in a hospital setting
- Current OB experience required; comfortable with high-risk OB cases
- Board Certified within the last 5 years
- Credentialing: AZ Licensed (~6 weeks), IMLC (~2 months), Non-Licensed (~3 months)
