Job Summary
CRNA locum needed to start ASAP for 3-6 months with potential extension. Independent practice model. Case mix includes Endo, OB, General, and Ortho. Must perform blocks, spinals, and epidurals. EMR is Cerner. IN license required; cross-credential at two sites. Schedule is 5x8 (40 hours/week), no weekends, no call. Credentialing timeframe 1-3 months; temps can be granted. Referral bonus offered for referrals who work 160 hours. Location near West Central Indiana (Lafayette area). All-inclusive hourly pay with tail malpractice coverage.
Required Qualifications
- IN license required
- Experience in Independent Practice Model
- Able to cross credential at 2 sites
- Certified in anesthesia techniques: blocks, spinals, epidurals
