CRNA / Nurse Anesthetist

Locums CRNA opportunity in Washington with 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am), nights/weekends heavily needed. Seeking full-time but willing to accept a minimum of 2 weeks per month with option to extend (6 months). OB experience essential and helpful if CRNAs have pediatric case experience. Case mix includes ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (not including CT or neuro). Surgeries performed include cardiac, complete ortho, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic. Not doing complex vascular, head/spine, or neuro cases. Average 40-45 general anesthetic cases per day overall; 3-4 per CRNA. Medically supervised, care team model. CRNAs support 7 ORs in main Surgery dept and 4 ORs at Surgi-Center, plus GI treatment rooms and bronchoscopy/cath lab. No new grads. WA license and NBCRNA required. Credentialing: 60 days. $1000 referral bonus for referrals who work 160 hours. All-inclusive competitive hourly pay with tail malpractice coverage included.
