Job Summary
Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP for 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Fountain Hills, AZ. AZ license required. Shifts are 12 hours (7a-7p or 7p-7a) with flexibility for days, nights, and at least one weekend per month. Night coverage 3-6 shifts per month. Typically 36+ hours per week with a minimum 4-week commitment. Shift model is supervised. Minimum 1 year CRNA experience in a hospital setting. Current OB experience required; must be comfortable managing high-risk OB cases. Level I Trauma Center experience preferred. Board Certified within the last 5 years. Credentialing: AZ Licensed: ~6 weeks, IMLC: ~2 months, Non-Licensed: ~3 months. Referral bonus $1000 for referrals who work 160 hours. All-inclusive hourly pay + tail malpractice coverage. Required Qualifications
