Job Summary
Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP for 3-6 months with potential extension at a facility near West Central, IN. Independent practice model; must have IN license; no new grads. Types of cases include Endo, OB, General, and Ortho. Responsibilities include performing blocks, spinals, and epidurals; EMR is Cerner. Cross-credentialing at 2 sites with a 1-3 month credentialing window. 5x8 shifts (40 hr/wk), no weekends or call. Required Qualifications
- Licensed CRNA in Indiana (IN)
- CRNA certification or eligibility
- Experience in Independent Practice Model
- Ability to cross-credential at multiple sites
- Endo, OB, General, Ortho anesthesia experience
- Blocks, spinals, and epidurals proficiency
- Cerner EMR experience
- Eligible for 40-hour/week shifts (5x8), no weekend, no call
