Job Summary
Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP for a 3- to 6-month assignment with potential extension at a facility near West Central, IN. IN license required. Independent practice model; no new grads. Shift: 5x8, 40 hr/week, no weekends, no call. Case mix includes Endo, OB, General, Ortho. Responsible for blocks, spinals, and epidurals. EMR: Cerner. Will cross-credential at two sites. Credentialing timeframe: 1–3 months; temps can be granted. Referral bonus offered for successful referrals working 160 hours. All-inclusive hourly pay with tail coverage. Required Qualifications
- IN license required
- CRNA/Anesthetist with independent practice experience
- No new grads
- Experience with blocks, spinals, and epidurals
- Cerner EMR experience
- Available for 3-6 month locum with possible extension
- Credentialing within 1-3 months
- Must have experience in independent practice model
- Will cross-credential at 2 sites
- Endo, OB, General, Ortho cases
