Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP for 6 months with potential extension at a facility near Haltom City, TX. TX license preferred. Shift options include 5x8 or 2x8 & 2x12. Patient type is Adult/Geriatric; Medical Direction provided. Spinals/epidurals not required. All cases except OB. EMR is Epic. TX license required. Credentialing timeline of 120+ days.
