Job Summary
CRNA / Nurse Anesthetist needed for locum assignment at a Level I Trauma Center. Responsibilities include providing anesthesia care for OB and OR cases, covering days, nights, weekends, and OB/OR shifts with 12-hour schedules. Must have AZ license and current OB experience; minimum 1 year CRNA hospital experience. Board certified within the last 5 years. Credentialing timelines: AZ Licensed ~6 weeks, IMLC ~2 months, non-licensed ~3 months. Includes a referral bonus for successful referrals and all-inclusive malpractice insurance with tail coverage. Flexible providers may pick up additional shifts as desired.
Required Qualifications
- AZ license required
- Board Certified within the last 5 years
- Current OB experience required
- Minimum 1 year CRNA hospital experience
- Must be flexible to cover days, nights, weekends, OB, OR
- Credentialing: AZ Licensed: 6 weeks, IMLC: ~2 months, Non-Licensed: ~3 months
- Shift model: Supervised Model
- Locum assignment for 6 months with potential extension
