Job Summary
Locum CRNA needed for 6 months with potential extension at a hospital facility. Responsibilities include providing obstetric and general anesthesia coverage in a Level I setting, managing high-risk OB cases, and working 12-hour shifts (days/nights) with at least one full weekend shift per month. Must be board certified, AZ licensed, and have a minimum of 1 year CRNA experience in a hospital environment; OB experience and trauma-center background preferred. Credentialing timelines and malpractice tail coverage are provided. Location flexibility includes Garfield, AZ and Burnsville, MN with in-person coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Arizona license required
- Board Certification within the last 5 years
- Minimum 1 year CRNA experience in a hospital setting
- Current OB experience; comfortable managing high-risk OB cases
- Flexibility to cover days, nights, weekends, OB, OR
- Shift model: Supervised Model
- Credentialing timelines: AZ Licensed ~6 weeks, IMLC ~2 months, Non-Licensed ~3 months
Desired Qualifications
