Job Summary
Conduct general and subspecialty anesthesia under the direction of the Department of Anesthesiology, with medical direction oversight. Perform anesthetizing duties across operating rooms and endoscopy suites at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix. Maintain quarterly certification requirements and obtain an AZ license. Work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts as part of a full-time team supporting multi-specialty care including General Surgery, Robotics, and Orthopedics. Immediate hiring available for providers with a range of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current CRNA certification
- Ability to obtain an AZ license
- 413 hours quarterly required for 1.0 FTE
