CRNA / Nurse Anesthetist

Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP for a 6-month assignment with potential extension at a facility near Garfield, AZ. AZ license required. Shifts are 12 hours (7a-7p or 7p-7a) with flexibility to cover days, nights, and at least one weekend shift per month. Night coverage includes 3-6 night shifts per month with potential OB or OR assignments. Typical schedule is 36+ hours per week; minimum commitment 4 weeks, with option to pick up additional shifts. Supervised model. Requires minimum 1 year CRNA hospital experience and current OB experience; comfortable managing high-risk OB cases. Level I Trauma Center experience preferred. Board Certification within last 5 years. Credentialing timelines: AZ Licensed ~6 weeks, IMLC ~2 months, Non-Licensed ~3 months. Referral bonus of $1000 for referrals who work 160 hours.
