Job Summary
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) deliver anesthesia for a range of surgical procedures at NYP/Weill Cornell, including cardiac, vascular, neurosurgery, pediatrics and obstetrics. CRNAs administer general, regional and monitored anesthesia care and provide one-on-one anesthesia instruction for Columbia and Fairfield University's Nurse Anesthesia Programs. The role offers flexible scheduling with 8, 10, 13 and 24 hour shifts, a minimal amount of OB call, and requires on-site presence within commutable distance to NYP. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing
- Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
- Current New York State RN license
- BCLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
