Job Summary
Provide anesthesia care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases for a high-volume program at NewYork-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital. CRNAs administer, monitor and manage patient anesthesia with supervision of an Attending Anesthesiologist, including pre-anesthesia assessment, induction, maintenance, and emergence. Work in a setting with lumbar spine surgeries and a flourishing OB anesthesia practice utilizing Nitrous Oxide, Regional and IV analgesia; opportunity for flexible scheduling, leadership, and collaborative perioperative care, with on-site presence required and a commutable distance to NYP.
Required Qualifications
- Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
- Master's of Science in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
- BCLS
- ACLS
