CRNA position in Monongahela, PA offering a balanced weekly schedule of two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts, with scheduling flexibility to support work-life balance. The call schedule is 1:5, including coverage every fifth weekend. The case mix is diverse and engaging, including Cardiac Surgery, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Gastroenterology (hospital and ambulatory surgery center), Orthopedics, and more. Based within a community-focused health system that serves southwestern Pennsylvania, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and growth in specialty services.
