Job Summary
Provide anesthesia services under physician supervision during day and call shifts at an inpatient and operating room facility in North Carolina. Manage surgical cases including bread and butter and obstetric procedures, with labor epidurals, while cardiovascular experience is preferred. Work Monday through Friday on rotating 8-, 10-, and 12-hour day shifts. Assume first OB beeper call from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 1:8 call rotation including weekends. Maintain an active and clear North Carolina license and board certification.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification
- Active and clear North Carolina license
- Physician supervision model
- Inpatient and OR facility experience
- Monday through Friday availability
- Rotating 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
- Labor epidural experience
- Cardiovascular experience (vascular, lung, and open heart cases)
- Call coverage on a 1:8 rotation including weekends
- OB beeper call experience from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
