Job Summary
Provide anesthesia services in nine operating rooms, including cardiac, orthopedic, general surgery, vascular, and trauma cases, under on-site MD supervision with minimal oversight. Perform spinals, epidurals, and blocks while maintaining a 20-minute response time for OR call from home and in-house coverage for OB procedures. Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with sporadic dates across September through December for vacation coverage. Board certification and a clean file are required for temporary privileges, with credentialing taking 60 to 90 days. This multi-specialty medical center supports a broad range of surgical services in Terre Haute, Indiana.
