Perform spinals, epidurals, and blocks while managing day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and responding to OR call from home with a 20-minute response time during 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM rotations. Maintain board certification and a clean file for temporary privileges, noting that credentialing typically spans 60 to 90 days. Schedule includes sporadic dates across September through December, primarily for vacation coverage, with no post-call day off provided.
