Conduct anesthesia coverage across general, neuro, ortho, cardiac, OB, vascular, urology, ENT, endo, and podiatry cases in a busy hospital setting with 15 anesthesia rooms. Manage charting via Epic and iPro while working 10-hour day shifts under a 2:1 MD supervision ratio, with MDs also performing their own cases. Complete the privileging process within approximately 60 days, ensuring all candidates hold a state license and board certification or fellowship.
