Conduct a mix of orthopedic, endocrine, podiatry, general surgery, ENT, and obstetric cases at a critical access hospital. Perform VBACs while maintaining proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals, noting that no high-risk OB cases are present. Manage daily shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM with evening call coverage from 3 PM to 7 AM. Requires board certification and prescriptive authority; supervision is provided.
