Job Summary
CRNA position at McLeod Health Loris in Loris, SC. Provide general, regional, and MAC anesthesia across scheduled, urgent, and emergent surgeries with full continuum of care from pre-op to post-op, mentor SRNAs, and participate in 24/7 coverage. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff; supervise anesthesia technicians; new graduates encouraged to apply. Case mix includes Urology, OB, DAC, Endoscopy, General Surgery; call schedule is 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month; full-time schedule of 80 hours biweekly. Requires graduate nursing and nurse anesthesia education with NBCRNA certification/eligibility and SC RN license with CRNA recognition; seeking candidates who can maintain ongoing recertification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program (COA/AANA approved)
- Certified (or eligible) through the NBCRNA
- Eligible for or holds South Carolina RN license and CRNA recognition
- Meets requirements for ongoing recertification
