Job Summary
Perform pre-anesthesia patient assessments and formulate safe anesthesia plans for ambulatory procedures. Provide general anesthesia, regional blocks, and MAC sedation while managing airway, hemodynamics, and patient comfort during intraoperative care. Oversee PACU transition and participate in discharge readiness assessments. Collaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, and ASC leadership to maintain efficient case flow while upholding safety, compliance, and quality standards. Weekday hours with no nights, weekends, or in-house call. Competitive compensation package with a sign-on bonus available for W-2 or 1099 employment.
Required Qualifications
- Current Florida APRN license
- CRNA certification
- Ability to work independently within a supportive team

Desired Qualifications
- Previous ASC or outpatient anesthesia experience
