Job Summary
CRNA at Endeavor Health within the Department of Anesthesiology; part of an Anesthesia Care Team delivering anesthesia services across diverse specialties including Neuro, Cardiac, Gen Surg, Thoracic, OB, Ortho, Plastics, Urology, and more, with opportunities to serve at multiple sites (IR, Cath Lab, GI, MRI) and potential roles as clinical instructor for SRNAs. Tasks include patient assessment and anesthesia administration under attending physician direction; care for patients from neonates to geriatrics; involvement in regional anesthesia (spinals, PNBs); collaboration within a high-satisfaction, mentorship-focused environment; leadership opportunities and pathways for professional growth; limited travel between NorthShore pavilions and affiliated hospitals; comprehensive benefits and wellness programs.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Practicing Nurse License in Illinois
- Graduate of approved School of Nurse Anesthesia
- Certified or Board eligible for CRNA certification
- Maintains re-certification every two years
- BLS for Healthcare Provider and ACLS required
- PALS certification recommended
