Job Summary
CRNA Educator at Yale New Haven Health System’s Northeast Medical Group in New London, CT. The CRNA implements accurate, safe, patient-centric anesthesia care, monitors vital signs and capnography during anesthesia per ASA guidelines, and ensures proper documentation per hospital and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes professionalism, ethical behavior, ongoing competency development, and involvement in projects to advance professional practice. Eligible candidates must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program, hold CT RN and APRN licenses, possess AANA certification, and maintain ACLS/DEA registrations; preferred experience as a CRNA in the given specialty/service line. The package includes a $60K sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000. The role requires flexible scheduling with in-house call responsibilities (nights, weekends, holidays) and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Completion of Certified Nurse Anesthetist Training Program
- Graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program accredited by the AANA

- CRNAs should be able to stand for long periods and lift 25 pounds
