Job Summary
Banner University Medical Group is actively recruiting for full-time CRNAs to join the anesthesia team at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix (BUMCP) in Phoenix, AZ. The hospital is a level 1 Trauma Center and provides multi-specialty care across General Surgery, Robotics, Gynecological and Orthopedics, Bariatrics, Endoscopy, and more. The anesthesia team supports diverse locations including operating rooms and endoscopy suites, with CRNAs working under medical direction. The role accommodates a range of experience in general and subspecialty areas, with shifts including 8-, 10-, and 12-hour options and AZ licensure required. The compensation package includes annual compensation of $260k+, a $50k sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment, and various value-based and shift differential pay, plus substantial benefits and CME allowances. This is a full-time position based in Phoenix, AZ, with opportunities to contribute to patient care in a high-volume academic medical center and to participate in a broad community and well-being program.
Required Qualifications
- Current CRNA certification
- Ability to obtain an AZ license
- 413 hours quarterly required for 1.0 FTE
