Job Summary
Conduct general and subspecialty anesthesia under the direction of the Department of Anesthesiology, with medical direction provided by Samuel M. Galvagno Jr. DO, PhD. Perform anesthetizing duties across operating rooms and endoscopy suites at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix. Maintain quarterly certification requirements of 413 hours for 1.0 FTE, with shifts available in 8, 10, or 12-hour formats. Join a Level 1 Trauma Center supporting multi-specialty care in General Surgery, Robotics, Gynecological, and Orthopedics. Annual compensation exceeds $260k with a $50K sign-on bonus and a 2-year commitment.
Required Qualifications
