Job Summary
CRNA responsible for providing anesthesia care within clinical privileges, including data collection related to patient history and planned procedure, airway and hemodynamic monitoring, administration of medications and fluids, documentation (surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, transfer-of-care note), incident reporting, and other duties as assigned. Requires collaboration with the anesthesia team to ensure patient safety, participate in emergency response, and maintain standards of safe practice. Education required is graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor
