CRNA position delivering full-scope anesthesia care in Roanoke, VA. Responsibilities include assisting with data collection and evaluation of patient histories, maintaining patient safety, administering medications and fluids, ongoing assessment of airway and physiologic response to anesthesia, completing required perioperative documentation (surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, transfer-of-care note), and incident reporting in the Safety Portal. Requires graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program (COA-accredited or predecessor).
