Job Summary
CRNA role providing anesthesia care with full scope under clinical privileges; responsibilities include reviewing patient data, maintaining airway and monitoring anesthesia depth, administering medications and fluids per safe practices, ensuring patient safety, completing perioperative documentation (surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, transfer-of-care note), and incident reporting. Requires graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.
