Job Summary
Provide anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures, diagnostic tests, cardio-thoracic surgeries, and cardiac catheterizations. Participate in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students. Requires graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program, current Alabama Board of Nursing CRNA certification, and ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Full-time AM shifts at $220/hour. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
- Currently certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Specialty by the Alabama Board of Nursing
- Currently certified with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Currently certified with Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Currently certified with Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
