Conduct anesthesia services in a CRNA-only model at MyMichigan Medical Center Tawas, managing general, orthopedic, ENT, ophthalmology, endoscopy, OB/GYN, and plastic surgery cases across four operating rooms. Perform approximately 2,500 cases annually, including roughly 200 deliveries, with a typical schedule from 7 am to 3 pm. Work a two weeks on, two weeks off rotation for 26 weeks per year in a rural northeast Michigan setting. Maintain active Michigan licensure with required board certification and ACLS, PALS, and BLS credentials.
