Job Summary
CRNA position providing full-scope anesthesia care with a not-for-profit health network in Greensboro, NC. Core responsibilities include collecting and evaluating patient data; maintaining a safe operating room environment; administering medications and fluids per safe practice standards; continuously monitoring airway, anesthesia depth, fluid status, and physiologic responses to ensure patient safety; and completing all required documentation and incident logging. Education required is graduation from a COA-accredited nurse anesthesia program. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the COA or its predecessor
- CRNA licensure or eligibility in North Carolina (assumed to be required by location)
- Ability to collect, review, and evaluate patient medical/surgical history data
- Maintain safety and respond to emergencies
- Administrate medications and fluids per safe practice standards
- Monitor airway, anesthesia depth, fluids status, and physiologic responses; ensure patient safety
- Complete required documentation (surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, transfer-of-care note)
- Log incident reporting in computerized Safety Portal
