Job Summary
CRNA – Essential job functions include clinical responsibilities delineated by clinical privileges, assisting with data review of patient medical history for planned procedures, maintaining a safe environment and responding to emergencies, preparing and administering medications and fluids per safe practice standards, continuous anesthesia monitoring (airway, depth, fluids, physiologic response), completing required documentation such as surgical safety checklist and anesthesia records, and incident reporting in the Safety Portal, with other duties as assigned. Education requirement: graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the appropriate Council on Accreditation body.
