CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) - 1099 | $175/hour | ACT Model | Providence Regional Medical Center - Everett, WA

Conduct anesthesia care in a full-service Level 2 Trauma Center featuring 26 operating rooms and 2 OB suites. Manage a diverse case mix including general, orthopedic, neuro, GYN, urology, GI, plastics, robotics, and OB procedures while practicing to the full scope of your training. Administer regional lines, epidurals, and spinals. Work standard day shifts from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. with flexibility for 10, 12, 14, and 24-hour shifts, limited to no more than two late shifts weekly. Earn $175/hour with premium pay for weekend and evening hours. Board certified CRNAs with an active Washington license, DEA, and state CDS are required, along with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. One year of experience is preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
