Job Summary
CRNA opportunity at Bon Secours – Southside Medical Center in Petersburg, VA. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, obtaining patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks, induction, maintenance and emergence from anesthesia, and continuous monitoring of the patient. Clinical interventions as needed. Work within a collaborative care team with a roles focus on OB, general, GYN, endo, ortho, neuro, and peripheral nerve block techniques, including spinal, epidural, central line, and arterial line placements. Generous compensation and benefits package with a designation as a full-time CRNA in a 300-bed regional medical center.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
