Job Summary
Lead a large team of CRNAs while clinically managing and evaluating patients, assisting with therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, and interpreting diagnostic tests. Provide leadership to foster a collaborative work environment, review and manage team schedules, and lead regular team meetings covering performance management and HR duties. Work closely with department and hospital leadership to develop the team and uphold strategic recruitment and retention goals. This role combines clinical time with leadership responsibilities in an open culture of communication with multidisciplinary physicians and residents.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of CRNA experience
- Current Board Certification
- Arizona CRNA License (or eligible)
- Up-to-date CPR certification
- Up-to-date BLS certification
- Up-to-date ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Experience in Epidural and Spinal Anesthesia for OB
- Responsible for performing general and monitored anesthesia services across a broad scope of the health continuum in an anesthesia care team model
