Job Summary
Lead a large team of CRNAs while clinically managing and evaluating patients, assisting with therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, and interpreting diagnostic tests. Provide leadership to foster a collaborative work environment by leading regular team meetings, managing performance reviews, and handling HR duties. Uphold the department's strategic mission to support recruitment and retention through close collaboration with hospital leadership. Schedule and manage team rotations, including a commitment to one weekend day per month for OB practice.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of CRNA experience
- Current Board Certification
- Arizona CRNA License (or eligible)
- Up-to-date CPR certification
- Up-to-date BLS certification
- Up-to-date ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Experience in Epidural and Spinal Anesthesia for OB
- Responsible for performing general and monitored anesthesia services across a broad scope of the health continuum in an anesthesia care team model
