Job Summary
Lead a large team of CRNAs by managing clinical operations, reviewing schedules, and conducting performance management and HR duties. Provide leadership to foster a collaborative environment while clinically managing and evaluating patients, assisting with therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, and interpreting diagnostic tests. Work closely with department and hospital leadership to support recruitment, retention, and the strategic mission of the Anesthesia service line. This combination of clinical and leadership time includes OB practice with one weekend day per month included in FTE.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of CRNA experience
- Current Board Certification
- Arizona CRNA License (or eligible)
- Up-to-date CPR certification
- Up-to-date BLS certification
- Up-to-date ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Experience in Epidural and Spinal Anesthesia for OB
- Responsible for performing general and monitored anesthesia services across a broad scope of the health continuum in an anesthesia care team model
