Job Summary
Lead a large team of CRNAs by fostering a collaborative environment, reviewing schedules, and managing performance and HR duties. Clinically manage and evaluate patients, assist with therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, interpret tests, prescribe medications, and consult on research and education. Work closely with department and hospital leadership to support recruitment and retention while maintaining an open culture of communication with multidisciplinary clinicians. This role combines clinical time and leadership time within the anesthesia care team model, offering a commitment of one weekend day per month included in FTE.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of CRNA experience
- Current Board Certification
- Arizona CRNA License (or eligible)
- Up-to-date CPR certification
- Up-to-date BLS certification
- Up-to-date ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Experience in Epidural and Spinal Anesthesia for OB
- Responsible for performing general and monitored anesthesia services across a broad scope of the health continuum in an anesthesia care team model
