Job Summary
Lead a large team of CRNAs by providing clinical management, evaluating patients, and assisting with therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. Interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and consult on research and education for SRNAs. Foster a collaborative work environment through regular team meetings, performance management, and HR duties while reviewing and managing the team schedule. Uphold the department's strategic mission to support recruitment and retention by working closely with hospital leadership. Practice general and monitored anesthesia services across a broad scope in an anesthesia care team model, including OB with one weekend day per month included in FTE.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of CRNA experience
- Current Board Certification
- Arizona CRNA License (or eligible)
- Up-to-date CPR certification
- Up-to-date BLS certification
- Up-to-date ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Experience in Epidural and Spinal Anesthesia for OB
- Responsible for performing general and monitored anesthesia services across a broad scope of the health continuum in an anesthesia care team model
