Job Summary
Conduct daily staffing for 7 CRNAs and 2 MDs across general surgery, ENT, Endo, Urology, Orthopedic, and GYN cases in a mix of 8's, 10's, and 12's. Manage bread-and-butter procedures at the main OR and hospital-based ASC with a call ratio of 1:7, including one day off per week when taking in-house calls. Provide OB and block coverage while receiving training support. Join a stable, clinician-led team at Lake Granbury Medical Center with $300k compensation, 8 weeks off, and full W2 benefits.
