Job Summary
This CRNA position requires working one 24hr shift and one 16hr call shift per week. Key responsibilities include conducting pre-anesthesia assessments, obtaining and verifying patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks with patients, induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia, monitoring patients' physiological conditions, and performing clinical interventions as needed. Candidates must have a valid RN license, graduated from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and hold certification with AANA.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
