Adhere to policies regarding controlled substances and participate in time-out procedures for every patient. Demonstrate evidence-based judgment to address adverse patient responses and assist with pre-op and post-op evaluations. Respond promptly to codes, respiratory emergencies, and hospital-wide requests while facilitating on-time starts and room turnover. Appropriately evaluate, document, and communicate anesthesia status to uphold patient safety and quality. Maintain ACLS, PALS, and BCLS certifications with a preference for 2-3 years of CRNA experience.
