Job Summary
Administer medications to residents as prescribed under the direction of the Executive Director or Director of Nursing in accordance with state, federal regulations, and facility policy. Provide personal care services, assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and serve meals while ensuring residents receive appropriate nutrition. Manage laundry efficiently, address resident needs promptly with empathy, and write observations on resident conditions to maintain accurate records. Follow safety rules, infection control measures, and ethical standards while working with other care professionals. Staff must be at work as scheduled despite weather or catastrophic events. Successful completion of the state competency exam and ability to move and assist residents are required.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of state competency exam for CNA certification

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
