Administer medications to residents as prescribed under the direction of the Executive Director or Director of Nursing, while providing personal care services, assistance, and supervision. Assist with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal service, ensuring dietary guidelines and preferences are followed. Manage laundry efficiently, address resident needs promptly with empathy, and collaborate with care professionals to maintain an effective team. Document observations and updates on resident conditions accurately, adhere to safety rules and infection control measures, and participate in ongoing training to improve caregiving skills. Staff are expected to work as scheduled despite weather or catastrophic events. This essential personnel position supports our team's mission to help residents live their lives to the fullest.
