Job Summary
CRM Territory Manager in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) responsible for driving revenue in a defined geographic region by scheduling and conducting customer calls, developing data-informed territory sales plans, engaging hospital personnel and physicians through consultative conversations, resolving product issues with cross-functional teams, expanding access and visibility across hospital departments, delivering presentations and product demonstrations, and supporting device implants with ongoing post-implant engagement. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales/clinical experience, 3+ years in medical device/pharma field sales, strong technical aptitude, and willingness to participate in a 24/7/365 call schedule; preferred Master’s or MBA and experience in cardiovascular devices or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical or sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field sales
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to confidently explain and support complex product solutions
- Willingness to participate in a 24/7/365 rotational call schedule with the sales team
- Flexibility to work variable hours and complete an extensive onboarding and training program
