Job Summary
CRM Technician (Top Secret Clearance Required) serves as the primary point of contact for managing user accounts, access permissions, and SharePoint group memberships within a federal contracting environment. Responsible for fostering a customer-focused culture while ensuring access management requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established security policies. Responsibilities include liaising between the contract team and customers regarding account provisioning and access requests; creating and managing user accounts and security groups; managing SharePoint permissions; monitoring and escalating access-related incidents; following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and utilization; analyzing outcomes to inform process improvements; maintaining accurate records; assisting with passwords, mobile devices, and accessories; and applying knowledge of RBAC, AD, and Microsoft administration tools to support contract products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Mid-Level or Senior-Level role with BA/BS or Master's degree
- Access management experience with focus on role-based security using Active Directory
- Proficiency with Microsoft administration tools and third-party utilities
- Excellent listening, collaboration, presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple issues, prioritize work, and maintain records accurately
- Experience provisioning and managing user accounts, security groups, and SharePoint permissions
- Customer-focused service orientation with ability to liaise between contract teams and customers
- Experience complying with security policies and procedures in a federal contracting environment
- Availability for after-hours/on-call as needed
