Job Summary
Onsite CRM Support Specialist provides direct, in-person assistance to agents for CRM questions and incidents, identifies recurring issues, prioritizes incidents, and collaborates with Development to improve CRM stability and reliability. Acts as first responder in CRM emergencies, collects information to facilitate resolution, conducts initial incident investigations, promotes best practices for ticketing, and supports agents in raising complete tickets. Requires a technical/analytical profile and strong interpersonal skills; 6 months in Operations (or 3 months in tech/IT support) and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en el área de Operaciones
- o 3 meses para agentes con experiencia previa en soporte técnico/IT
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales
- Comunicación clara, concisa y efectiva, tanto verbal como escrita
- Capacidad para análisis e identificación de patrones
- Organización y claridad en la documentación de incidencias
- Enfoque en continuidad operativa y calidad del servicio
- Trabajo colaborativo con equipos técnicos y de desarrollo
- Bachillerato concluido. Licenciatura preferible
- Inglés básico–intermedio
