Job Summary
CRM Strategy Manager responsible for developing and leading CRM multi-channel strategies for Ubisoft titles and services. Design and optimize player lifecycle journeys (onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back); advocate for player-centric marketing across all CRM touchpoints; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Brand) to align CRM initiatives with game and brand objectives; coordinate campaign execution with operational teams using tools like JIRA; partner with Analytics/Data Science to evaluate performance and personalize campaigns; stay ahead of gaming/marketing trends and drive innovation in CRM tactics, tools, and player engagement. Ensure high-quality, brand-aligned communications across email, in-game messaging, and other CRM channels with attention to deliverability, UX, and compliance; requires significant experience in CRM/digital marketing within entertainment/gaming or tech, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business.
